PATTERN DESCRIPTION

We crochet 2 pieces, one for the front part and half sleeves and one exactly similar for back piece and half sleeves. It is a T letter shape pattern.

CROCHET PATTERN
Note: chain a multiple of 3, the number of dc in first row has to be a multiple of 3+4 dc

Chain 51(57,63,69,75)
Row 1: dc in 4nd   ch from hook, dc in every ch to the end,   49 (55,61,67,73 dc) , turn
Note: ch3 at the beginning of the rows counts as dc

Row 2 :ch3, dc in next st,  ch3, dc in 1st ch (of the 3 chains just made), you made an horizontal cluster, *dc3tog in next 3 sts, ch3, dc in 1st ch,*, rep from * to * to last 2 sts,  dc in next st, dc in top of ch3, turn
15 dc3tog clusters(17, 19, 21, 23)

Row 3: : ch3, 3 dc in next st,*skip the horizontal cluster, work    3dc in top st of dc3tog of prev row*, rep from * to * to the end, * to last 2 sts,  dc in next st, dc in top of ch3, turn

Row 4:ch3, dc in next st , dc in every st to the end, end with dc in top of ch3,  ,   49 (55,61,67,73 dc) , turn

Rows 5-27 rep rows 2-4,  row 27 is similar to row 3
At the end of row 27 after last dc , chain 38 chains, this will be an increase foundation chain for sleeves. Do not fasten off, you will continue crocheting.

SLEEVES

Row 28:dc in 4rth chain from hook, dc in next 34 chains, continue working in body now , dc in every st of the body. When you finish the row, stop , now you will create first a new foundation chain to extend to the left side and then you will continue the dc row.
So  attach yarn with a new ball in last st of row 28 and chain 36 chains, fasten off. Continue working with the old ball of yarn , work 36 dc on this new foundation chain to the left. So you have 121 dc (127,133,139,145)
*To make it clear we had for size Small for example 49 dc in the body, we crocheted 36 dc in each side , in total fo this size we have  121 dc
Note:We continue crocheting now a much more wider piece because we have body and sleeves together in one.
Sizes XS, S, M, L  work rows  29-40  as in rows 2-4 , so you have sleeves width 7 inches (18 cm)
Size XL work rows 29-43 as in rows 2-4 so you have sleeves width 9,05 inches (23 cm )
Fasten off, weave in ends.

SEWING
Put the front piece onto the back, right sides facing you and sew from the bottom side till the end of the sleeves. You may leave a small side opening as I did , so measure 5 inches (13 cm ) from bottom body up and start sewing from this point.
Then sew the shoulder and up part of sleeves, Find the middle of the upper part of sweater and mark a space 11,80 inches (30 cm) to the left and to the right equally spaced , this will be the neck opening.
Do the same in back piece. Now make a seam from your marker to bottom sleeve , do the same in the other part of sweater.

Fasten off , weave in ends.

Thank you for being the best company for me!!
